Fitness for Duty Performance Data Report - Annual 2010 In accordance with 10 CFR 26.717(e), "Fitness-for-duty program performance data," and 10 CFR 26.203(e) "General provisions," ZionSolutions, LLC (ZS) is providing the compiled fitness-for-duty program performance data for the Zion Nuclear Power Stations and the corporate support employees within the scope of the rule for the period September 1, 2010 through December 31, 2010.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.

Random Testing Rate ZionSolutions, LLC (ZS) maintains separate testing pools for employees and contractors. For the period of September 1 through December 31, 2010, the companywide random testing rate for employees was greater than 50%.
Work Hours Control Waivers - Summary of Corrective Actions ZS issued no waivers.
Additional Information As shown on the attached schedule for ZionSolutions, LLC's Fitness for Duty Program, the work force has been divided into three groups: Licensee Employees, Long-Term Contractor Personnel and Short-Term Personnel. For the reporting period in 2010, of the 144 tests conducted (89 pre-access and 55 random) there were no positive results for the Licensee Employees. There were no Long-Term Contractor Personnel tested since none of these personnel had unescorted access.
There were 126 tests conducted for the Short-Term Contractor Personnel (74 pre-access and 52 random) with one positive result.
