Letter from R. Libra (Exelon Generation Company, LLC) to U.S. NRC, "Cycle 17 Refueling (T1 R1 8) Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary Report",
dated April 21, 2010 On April 21, 2010, Three Mile Island Station (TMI) Unit 1 submitted the Owner's Data Reports for Inservice Inspections for Inservice Inspections" of the ISI and replacement steam generator eddy current examinations conducted between November 16, 2007 and January 24, 2010 (Reference 1). Enclosure 3 of this letter provided the Topical Report Number 203, "3 5 th Year Reactor Building Tendon Surveillance (Period 9)." The first page of Enclosure 3 is the signature page. Due to an administrative error during out processing of the letter, the signature page was inadvertently left out of the submittal. A replacement signature page is provided as Attachment 1 to this supplemental letter.
