Specifically, station procedure INC-2085, Rework and Replacement of I&C Equipment, did not contain adequate instructions for wiring current to pressure (I/P) converters for safety related components which resulted in the steam generator atmospheric relief valve I/P converters being placed in a seismically unqualified configuration.
