The inspectors identified a Severity Level … The inspectors identified a Severity Level IV Non-Cited Violation of 10 CFR 50.9 because the licensee failed to provide complete and accurate information in the submittal of information for the emergency response organization (ERO) performance indicator (PI). Twenty-three onshift communicators should have been tracked and reported in the ERO PI, but were not. The licensee has subsequently submitted corrected PI data to the NRC.</br></br>This issue is greater than minor because it caused the PI to cross the Green-to-White threshold for the 3rd quarter of 2001. Because this issue affected the NRC's ability to perform its regulatory function, it was evaluated with the traditional enforcement process. with the traditional enforcement process.  +
