Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2 Renewed Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-29 and DPR-30 NRC Docket Nos. 50-254 and 50-265 Regulatory Commitment Change Summary Report This letter provides the Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) Regulatory Commitment Change Summary Report for Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station. Revisions to commitments are processed and reported in accordance with Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) 99-04 Rev. 0, "Guidelines for Managing NRC Commitment Changes." CEG submitted a supplement response to Notice of Violation EA-24-098 on April 21, 2025, that documented a commitment change (ADAMS Accession No. ML25111A188). The commitment change extended the due date for work execution that has since been completed. For the period from June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025, no additional commitment changes were processed requiring NRC notification.
