, OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS CASE NUMBER 2-2020-002 Dear Mr. Stoddard The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding an allegation that a supervisor instructed workers to not wear their dosimetry while working at the independent spent fuel storage installation (ISFSI) at Surry.
The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that the supervisor instructed workers to not wear the required dosimetry while working in the radiologically controlled area (RCA) at the ISFSI. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
