C. 20555-0001 Regulatory Affairs Southern Nuclear Operating Company Vogtle Electric Generating Plant - Unit 4 Withdraw License Amendment Request 3535 Colonnade Parkway Birmingham, AL 35243 205 992 5000 NL-25-0198 10 CFR 50.90 Pursuant to 10 CFR 52.98(c) and in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) requested an amendment to the Combined License (COL) for Vogtle Electric Generating Plant (VEGP) Unit 4 (License Number NPF-92) on May 1, 2025 (ML25121A336). The license amendment request (LAR) proposed to revise COL Appendix A, Technical Specifications (TS) 3.7.6, Main Control Room Emergency Habitability System (VES).
SNC hereby requests withdrawal of this prior LAR.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, SNC is notifying the State of Georgia by transmitting a copy of this letter and its enclosure to the designated State Official.
