This is a Open meeting. Public participation is actively sought for this meeting to fully engage the public in a discussion of regulatory issues.
Purpose:
To describe the agencys safety and environmental review processes for TVAs construction permit application and opportunities for public participation and comment during the application review. There will be 30-minute open house sessions ahead of this presentation for the public and other interested stakeholders to talk with NRC staff. There will also be time for question-and-answer sessions after the presentation.
