This letter is regarding Docket No. 71-9355 and CAC/EPID Nos. 001029/L-2023-LLA-0102. The purpose of this letter is to request revision of Certificate of Compliance Number 9355 for the 435-B Package, Package Identification Number USA/9355.B(U)-96. This request is supported by the enclosed 435-B Package Safety Analysis Report (SAR), Revision 6.1 and Roadmap of Detailed Changes.

The changes in 435-B SAR Revision 6.1 implement the agreed upon resolution of the request for additional information (RAI) in connection with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) review of the 435-B SAR Revision 6 dated September 20, 2024. The RAI response was transmitted December 6, 2024.
