The non-consecutive change evaluation numbering in the enclosure is a result of cancelled evaluations.

The modification process ensures the use of the existing circuit panel, its internal protective circuit breakers, the new cable, conduit, and receptacles installation are designed within safe electrical margins, and configuration drawings are updated.

Reason for the Change:

The installation of additional receptacles will resolve housekeeping and safety issues associated with extension cord use and will provide additional circuits for cold box heat lamp use.
