Can you please clarify this statement for the NRC.
As stated in the attached letter for UMS Amendment 10 and the associated revisions Arizona Public Service/Palo Verde ISFSI) documented their agreement to voluntarily accept/implement a UMS CoC revision. The letter noted will adopt the CoC revision described in UMS Amendment 10 once approved.
Please clarify what amendment APS is currently using, and whether you intend on adopting the revision to the current amendment you are using or whether you intend on adopting the new Amendment No. 10.
I understand APS is currently using Amendment 9. Therefore, once effective does APS intend on adopting UMS Amendment 9 Revision 1 or Amendment 10.
