UUSA License Amendment Request LAR 24-04, for UUSA Standard Practices Procedure Plan for the Protection of Classified Matter In accordance with 10 CFR 70.34 and 10 CFR 95.19(a), Louisiana Energy Services (LES), dba Urenco USA (UUSA), hereby requests NRC approval of an amendment to the materials license SNM-2010 to approve the revision to the UUSA Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter. provides the background, basis for approval of the UUSA SPPP and proposed change. Enclosure 2 includes the marked-up version of the revised page for Revision 20b of the proposed UUSA Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter. Revision bar and strikethrough was utilized. Enclosure 3 includes the final version of Revision 20b of the proposed UUSA Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter.

The Enclosures contain Security-Related Information and disclosure to the public could present security vulnerability. Accordingly, the enclosures should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1).
