SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT 2 - ONE-TIME EXEMPTION FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF 10 CFR 26.205(d)(7) (EPID L-2024-LLE-0029)
Dear Delson Erb:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) has granted a one-time exemption from the requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 26.205(d)(7) for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant, Unit 2, pursuant to 10 CFR 26.9. This action is in response to your application dated November 27, 2024, which requested the use of the less restrictive outage work hour controls in 10 CFR 26.205(d)(4) to support activities during the period of the proposed exemption commencing no earlier than January 6, 2025, and no later than January 31, 2025, and for a period not to exceed 21 days.
A copy of the exemption is enclosed. The exemption has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
