OF AUGUST 19, 2024, MEETING WITH TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY REGARDING A PROPOSED SUPPLEMENT TO THE TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY NUCLEAR QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN (EPID L-2024-LLQ-0000)

After issuance of the subject meeting summary dated September 23, 2024 (ADAMS Accession No. ML24262A060), the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA or licensee) notified the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff of an inaccurate statement. In last paragraph of the summary, the NRC staff incorrectly stated that, TVA clarified that yes, an annual evaluation will be performed 36 months following the last audit. This statement is being corrected to state, TVA stated that it will look at the section [Part II, Section 18.2, Item D.1] and add any needed clarification.
