Dear Sir or Madam:
73.5 By letter dated November 22, 2023, Nebraska Public Power District submitted a request for Cooper Nuclear Station (Docket 50-298), for an exemption from the compliance date of January 8, 2024, for the new security rule, "Enhanced Weapons, Firearms Background Checks, and Security Event Notifications" that went effective April 13, 2023.
This supplement is to provide notification that the Cooper Nuclear Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Docket No. 72-66 should also have been referenced in support of the original request.
There are no regulatory commitments contained in this submittal.
