UFSAR/St. Lucie - 2 14.0-1 Amendment No. 24 (09/17) 14.0 INITIAL TESTS AND OPERATIONS Information concerning the Initial Testing and Operations of St. Lucie Unit 2 is not applicable to the operating plant subsequent to receipt of the full-power license (NPF-16, Amendment 2, dated June 10, 1983). Plant activities area administratively controlled via written procedures as, outlined in Section 6.8, Procedures and Programs, of the Technical Specifications. Subsequent to receipt of the Operating License, plant changes, tests and experiments are under the purview of 10 CFR 50.59.
