BYRON STATION, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 - STEAM GENERATOR TUBE INSPECTION REPORTS TO REFLECT TSTF-577 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS (EPID L-2023-LRO-0035)
Dear Mr. Rhoades:
By letter dated April 6,2023 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML23096A144), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (Constellation) provided the steam generator tube inspection report to reflect TSTF [Technical Specification Task Force]-577 Revised Frequencies for Steam Generator Tube Inspections reporting requirements as specified by Technical Specifications 5.6.9 Steam Generator (SG) Tube Inspection Report, for Byron Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2. By letter dated June 1, 2023 (ML23152A061), Constellation provided the report with better quality, since portions of the original submitted report were not readable.
The NRC staff has reviewed the report and has concluded that the report meets the requirements of Technical Specification 5.6.9.
