NINE MILE POINT NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF RELIEF REQUEST I5R-10 (EPID L-2022-LLR-0085)
Dear Mr. Rhoades:
By letter dated December 8, 2022 (Agencywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML22342B229), you submitted Relief Request I5R-10 associated with a weld overlay repair to the torus at Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station, Unit 1. The relief request proposed an alternative to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, Rules for Inservice Inspection of Nuclear Power Plant Components. Subsequently, by letter dated March 29, 2023 (ML23088A175) you withdrew the alternative request.
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) acknowledges your request to withdraw the application. The NRC staffs activities associated with the review have ceased and the associated EPID L-2022-LLR-0085 has been closed.
