This letter is regarding Docket No. 71-9329. The U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) is requesting renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) Number 9329 for the Model No. S300 Package (Identification No.

USA/9329/AF-96) based on the currently approved Revision 5 of the S300 package Safety Analysis Report (SAR) without any changes. The CoC expires January 31, 2022.

Other than a new expiration date, all previously approved documentation, quality assurance commitments, and procedures remain valid. A timely CoC renewal will facilitate continuous operations and the review and approval by foreign competent authorities for their jurisdictions.
