1. PG&E Letter HBL-21-004, Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for 2020, dated March 30, 2021 (ML21089A367)

Dear Commissioners and Staff:

In Reference 1, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) submitted the Humboldt Bay Power Plant (HBPP) Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report (ARERR) covering the period from January 1 through December 31, 2020. Subsequent to the submittal, PG&E received final burial information from a waste processor for calendar year 2020.

The Enclosure to this letter provides an updated version of Table 5, Solid Waste and Irradiated Fuel Shipments, of Reference 1. The table has been updated to reflect this additional final disposition data from the processor for 2020.

PG&E makes no new or revised regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.

Please contact Mr. Philippe Soenen, at (805) 459-3701, with any questions about this letter.

Sincerely, Date Eric P. Nelson Enclosure cc:
