Many of our Native American tribal communities do not have adequate telecommunication service and our board members are mostly elders with little computer access. In the past the DOE was to provide surplus equipment as part of a five-year plan and did not. We are the only unfunded party to the proceedings and look forward to the challenges ahead in the proceedings.

Mr. Zabarte, In your attached response to our August 11, 2017 memorandum regarding the Licensing Support Network Advisory Review Panel (LSNARP), you provided a list of members of the Native Community Action Council to be included in further correspondence regarding the LSNARP. As the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission is currently planning a training session for usage of the current LSN Library, we will need to contact everyone on the LSNARP distribution list via e-mail in order to have them register for the training. Those that are interested in attending the training must register for it via e-mail as well. At your earliest convenience, can you please provide an e-mail address for the following NCAC members that did not provide e-mail addresses previously? The e-mail addresses will only be used for the purposes of distributing information regarding the LSN Library and the LSNARP.
