The purpose of this contract modification is to: 1) exercise option year two in accordance with contract clause C.11 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000), thereby extending the period of performance through March 31, 2022; and 2) revise the Contracting Officers Representative to Carla Roque-Cruz. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
- 1) Clause B.3 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
