NRC CONFIRMATORY ORDER (EA-17-132 AND EA-17-153); NRC ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF NOTIFICATION REQUIRED BY CONDITION L
Dear Mr. Ventosa:
This letter acknowledges Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. and Entergy Operations, Inc.
(Entergy) January 28, 2021, notification letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML21028A782. The notification letter is required by Condition L of Confirmatory Order EA-17-132/EA-17-153 (Order), dated March 12, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML18072A191).
We have reviewed your response and found that it provides, in writing to the Region IV Regional Administrator, Entergys basis for concluding that the terms of the Order have been completed.
We currently have no questions but intend to perform Inspection Procedure (IP) 92702, Follow-up on Traditional Enforcement Actions Including Violations, Deviations, Confirmatory Action Letters, Confirmatory Orders, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Confirmatory Orders, later to confirm Entergys compliance with the terms and conditions of the Order.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room and from the NRCs ADAMS, accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
