Background===
Bulletin (BL) 2012-01, Design Vulnerability in Electric Power System, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML12074A115).
NEI voluntary industry initiative, Revision 3 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19163A176).
Staff Requirements Memorandum (SRM) SECY-16-0068 (ADAMS Accession No. ML17068A297) requires, in part, that the Reactor Oversight Process be updated to provide periodic oversight of industry's implementation of the OPC initiative.
Proposed Changes and Reason for Changes
Inspection Procedures (IPs) will be changed to implement SRM requirement for providing periodic oversight of industry's implementation of the OPC initiative.
Proposed IP changes include considering OPC activities as a sample and inspection guidance for testing, maintenance, and modifications, and conducting walkdowns.

71111.12, Maintenance Effectiveness
71111.18, Plant Modifications
71111.22, Surveillance Testing
Status and Timeline IPs have been updated and are out for a 30-day comment period ending approximately March 8, 2021.
Affected IPs will be issued with changes by end of Fiscal Year 2021.
