2021 Annual Summary of 1 O CFR 70 72(c) Evaluations Enrichment FaclDty Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 70.72(d)(2), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA) herewith submits the 2021 Annual Summary of changes to the records required by 10 CFR 70.62(a)(2).
The Enclosure 1 summary identtfies all of the 10 CFR 70.72(c) evaluations completed by UUSA during the 2021 calendar year.
The information contained in Enclosure 1 of this letter contains proprietary information.
UUSA requests Enclosure 1 be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 2.390(a)(4). The Enclosure 2 affidavit supports this withholding request.
