In the Reference document Commonwealth Edison Company (Comed) submitted the Braidwood Station Units I and 2 Inservice inspection (ISI) Program for the Second Ten Year Interval. Included in this revision were specific Relief Requests from cenain,
ASME Code requirements. Approval for 13 of these Relief Requests was requested by September 1,1998, to suppon the upcoming Unit I steam generator replacement and refueling outage. Tin outtge is scheduled to begin September 5,1998.
On July 21,1998, a teleconference was held between the NRR, contractors from Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL), and Comed concerning these 13 i
Relief Requests. As a result of this and additional telephone conversations, l
Braidwood Station is submitting a revision to the Second Interval inservice Inspection

Program Plan.
l The major changes to the program are related to revising a number of the relief

l requests. These changes are listed in Attachment A, which is a page-list summary of
. the changes for Revision 1 to the Second Interval Inservice Inspection Program Plan.
Attachment B contains the Second Interval inservice Inspection Program Plan, Revision 1.
