Subject:
10 CFR Revision re: Closure of LPDRs and ADAMS I have made revisions to the rule regarding closure of the LPDRs to address your concerns per our meeting. I have incorporated the statement from Chip Cameron in the revised Proposed Rule along with establishing a 45 day comment period. Have also included the current plans to give collections to current libraries if they want them (so far about 80% of the respondents have expressed interest in keeping them).
A clean version cf the current draft proposed rule is attached, along with a red-lined version to make it easier to see where changes were made. Pls advise if this satisfies your concems or if you have additional comments.
.Thanks.
