. The information provided in Enclosure 1 of this note was originally submitted with Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5737 dated July 14,1998, and was identified as proprietary (See Accession

1. 9807170183). Westinghouse letter NSD-NRC-98-5759 dated August 17,1998, (Enclosure 2) states that the information in Enclosure 1 is no longer considered proprietary.

Therefore, I have removed the Westingnouse proprietary markings from Enclosure 1 so that it can be placed into the public files.
