WMEG REVIEW OF THE REVISED SHIPROCK REMEDIAL ACTION INSPECTION PLAN In a note, dated November 19, 1985, from Dan Gillen, WMLU, to Dinesh Gupta of my staff, WMLU requested that WMEG review the latest revision of the Shiprock Remet'ial Action Plan (RAIP) forwarded by the DOE to NRC on November 13, 1985.
Dinesh Gupta has reviewed the subject RAIP and based on this review has concluded that all the issues raised by the NRC on the DOE's initiel draft of the Shiprock RAIP have been satisfactorily addressed in the revised plan. The specifications identified in the plan are in agreement with the Staff Technical Position on Testing and Inspection Plans.
