The purpose of the meeting was to provide opportunities for the public to discuss the annual assessment for the period of January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019.
In response to the COVID-19 coronavirus and updated Federal Government guidance on travel and social distancing, the meeting was held remotely through the Skype for Business application and audio was also available through a teleconference line.. The following documents related to the meeting are available in ADAMS: Meeting Notice (ML20100F293),

The meeting was conducted from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM local time. There were 45 attendees, which consisted of representatives from the NRC, Dominion Energy, and members of the public.
Due to the nature of the meeting, no official list of attendees is included. NRC staff were available for questions following each presentation. There was minimal interaction (one person with several questions) with the public, consistent with the normal meetings conducted near the stations. The questions pertained to the current operating status, and actions related to COVID-19. The current operating status of all commercial nuclear plants is updated daily, and available at: https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/doc-collections/event-status/reactor-status/2020/.
The information provided regarding the NRCs plans during COVID-19 is also available at:
https://www.nrc.gov/about-nrc/covid-19/. Additionally, a general comment was stated regarding the annual radioactive effluents reports to be made publicly available prior to the annual assessment meetings. In addition to providing the information to the questions, information on the ADAMS accession numbers for specific inspection reports and findings, as well as how to locate the inspection reports on the NRCs public website was also conveyed by the resident inspectors. All public NRC inspection reports are available at:
https://www.nrc.gov/reactors/operating/oversight/listofrpts-body.html. No response was requested to the comment related to the radiological effluent reports.
