Information in lists should contain enough information to be easily understood by someone who has knowledge of light water reactor technology. In order to support inspection preparation, the following documentation is requested at your earliest convenience or no later than Friday May 29, 2020 (two weeks before inspection/on-site arrival date 6/15/2020):

Please note, that due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, this inspection is currently scheduled as a remote inspection for the week of 6/15/2020 with the possibility for an on-site inspection if the current Covid19 conditions improve. I will maintain constant communication to let you know as early as we can the location for the inspection week.

Note: Electronic documents (email, Sharefile, etc.) is preferred, but documents can also be mailed if necessary. Please contact me at 918-829-9458 if any of these requests appears to be a burden. The intent of these requests and the associated dates is to receive enough information to select the samples for the inspection. Once the samples are selected, I will submit a tailored document request for the samples selected and also a summary of logistics.

1. List of 10 CFR 50.59 applicability determinations and screens (date, number, title) performed since the previous 71111.17 inspection. Please include a brief description of each, including which system(s) was affected, if possible.

2. List of all 10 CFR 50.59 Safety Evaluations performed since the previous 71111.17 inspection. If there were six or less safety evaluations, then please include a full electronic copy of each evaluation.

3. All 10 CFR 50.59 program or process procedures.

4. List of top ten systems by risk ranking (RAW).

5. List of plant systems by their system number or designator.

6. List of condition reports related to 10 CFR 50.59 applicability determinations, screenings and evaluations since the previous 71111.17 inspection.

7. List and small description of condition reports for currently known degraded or non-conforming conditions, operability evaluations, and existing temporary modifications.

10. Copy of Calvert Cliffs most recent Change, Test, or Experiment (CTE) summary report submitted in accordance with 50.59(d)(2).
