Dear Mr. Bynum:
This letter refers to the meeting on September 23, 1996, at the tiegion II Office in Atlanta, Georgia. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss an apparent violation of NRC requirements prohibiting discrimination against employees who engage in protected activities. A list of conference attendees is enclosed.
It is our opinion. that the meeting was beneficial to our understanding of your position on this issue.
