MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE
Dear Mr. Bynum:
This letter confirms the request of your Seatember 13, 1996, facimile to Mr. S. D. Ebneter, to reschedule the Septem)er 17, 1996, predecisional enforcement conference to 10:30 a.m., to 11:30 a.m., on September 23, 1996.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss an apparent violation involving discrimination against Mr. W. F. Jocher. The location of the meeting will be at the NRC office,101 Marietta Street, N.W., Suite 2900, Atlanta, Georgia, in the 30th Floor Executive Conference Room.
Predecisional enforcement conferences are not normally open tc the public.
Selected aredecisional enforcement conferences are designated as open for public caservation in accordance with the Commission's trial program for conducting open enforcement l
conferences as discussed in the Federal Register, 57 FR 30762, July 10, 1992, and 59 FR 36796, July 19,1994. This enforcement conference was not designated as an open enforcement conference and is closed for public observation. This conference will be transcribed.
