This letter concerns the conversation between Mr. R. Shell of your staff and myself, concerning a predecisional enforcement conference which had been scheduled for September 17, 1996, from 10:30 a.m., to 11:30 a.m.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss several Fire Protection Program apparent i

violations and weaknesses.

This meeting as been canceled and will be rescheduled at a later date.
