NRC OVERTIME POLICY Thank you for forwarding Mr. Elrod's memorandum dated August 31, 1994 concerning shift scheduling practices at the St. Lucie plant. NRR is currently evaluating the Commission's policy on nuclear plant staff working hours and is preparing a proposed revision to the policy statement.
