Dear Sir:

Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 3 Final inservice Testing Program For Pumos and Valves in Reference (1), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) submitted a draft of the Millstone Unit No. 3 program for inservice testing (IST) of pumps and valves.

In Reference (1), we also stated that relief requests could not be provided until the program was finalized.

We hereby submit the final version of the IST program for pumps and valves, including all relief requests identified to date.

As discussed with your Ms. E. L. Doolittle, three copies are enclosed.

In order to support our fuel load schedule of November,1985 for Millstone Unit No. 3, we request that the Staff act promptly to review and approve this submittal.

We remain available to discuss this material with the Staff, as necessary.

As discussed with your Mr. Joel Page, copies of the appropriate Piping and Instrument Diagrams are being forwarded directly to Mr. Page.
