Hi Glenn, this is what I got from my reviewer as an initial review. I am sure this might have addressed before during our 50.69 approval RAI responses, check it out, if not let me know, so I can have a clarification call:
The licensee submitted Limerick 1 & 2 LAR to clarify implementation of 10 CFR 50.69 (ADAMS Accession No. ML19329A212) with a proposal to revise Technical Specification (TS) 4.0.5, Inservice Inspection and Inservice Testing Program, to remove from the inservice testing (IST) and inservice inspection (ISI) programs under 10 CFR 50.55a(f) and (g), respectively, those structures, systems, and components (SSCs) that have been categorized as Risk-Informed Safety Class (RISC)-3 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.69, and to specify that RISC-3 SSCs are subject to the alternative treatment requirements required in 10 CFR 50.69(d)(2). The current Limerick 1 & 2 TS 6.8.4.k, "Snubber Program," specifies the inservice examination and testing requirements for snubbers. What is the plan to update TS 6.8.4.k? Please confirm that the Snubber Program will be implemented under the ISI program as specified in TS 6.8.4.k.
