Dear Mr. Kingsley:
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. R. Shell of your staff and myself, concerning a predecisional enforcement conference which has been scheduled for October 24, 1996, from 8:00 a.m., to 10:00 a.m.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss several Fire Protection Prop'am apparent violations and weaknesses. The location of the meeting will be at the NRC office,101 i
Marietta Street, N.W., Suite 2900, Atlanta, Georgia, in the 29th Floor Conference Room.
Predecisional enforcement conferences are not normally open to the public.
