[External_Sender] HI-STORM 100 amendment 15 RAI submittal date Date:

Wednesday, April 15, 2020 9:55:39 AM Good morning Yen,

Previously I planned to submit the responses to all of the RAIs, except RAI 4-9, by 4/28; however, in order to fully respond to RAIs 3-1 and 3-6, additional calculations may be necessary. These two RAI responses will be complete by 5/15.

I am proposing the following schedule for RAI submittal:

All RAI responses (except 3-1, 3-6 and 4-9): 4/28 Call to discuss RAI 4-9 and potential clarification on submitted responses: 5/12 RAIs 3-1 and 3-6: 5/15 RAI 4-9 : 6/22

Please let me know the potential impact of delaying the response of RAIs 3-1 and 3-6 on the current review schedule and effective date. Currently I believe we have an expected effective date of first week of May 2021.

I will call to follow up with you today. You can also reach me at (484) 919-6343.

Warm regards, Joyce

Joyce Tomlinson Adjunct Licensing Manager Holtec International
