Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
In my April 2,1984 letter to you concerning Violation No. 413/83-40-01,it was stated that all additional corrective action would be complete by April 23,1984. All of the necessary work has been accomplished. There are several outstanding R-6a's and an NCI, the paperwork for which is being processed. The full completion of the items will be accomplished by May 7,1984.
