Dear Mr. Barstow:

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Office of Investigations (OI) has closed the subject case regarding an individual who felt that they were discriminated against for raising safety concerns.

The NRC determined that there was insufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation that discrimination occurred as a result of raising safety concerns. We plan no further action with regard to this matter. Should you have any questions concerning this letter, please contact us.
