The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff is responding to your memorandum, Status of Recommendations: Audit of NRCs Safeguards Information Local Area Network and Electronic Safe (OIG-13-A-16), dated November 27, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML19331A006). The updated status of Recommendations 3 and 7, are included in the enclosure. Recommendations 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 were closed previously.
