On page 2-4 of the LAR, (and page 9-1 of WCAP-15919-P), TVA states, Installation of the sleeves will conform to ASME B&PV Code Section XI, IWA-4420, which is, Defect Removal Requirements. Did you mean to cite IWA-4720, Sleeving?
