DPR-42 50-306 DPR-60 Withdrawal of License Amendment Request Regarding Refuelinn and Fuel Handlinn Specification Channes By letter dated July 13, 1992, we submitted an application for amendment to the Prairie Island Technical Specifications. This license amendment request proposed changes to clarify the applicability of the requirements for containment closure during refueling and to clarify the requirements for operability and load testing of the fuel handling cranes. At this time, we wish to withdraw this license amendment request.
