McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2 Docket Numbers 50-369 and -370 Generic Letter 92-01, Revision 1; Verification of Data Base Entries (TAC Nos. M83480 and M83481)
By letter dated May 31, 1994, the NRC forwarded a set of data to be used in the Reactor Vessel Integrity Database, and requested that Duke review the data for accuracy.
In reviewing the data for McGuire, some erroneous data were discovered.
For McGuire Unit 2, Forging 05 Int. Shell, Heat No. Ident. 526840, the %Cu value should be 0.15 and %Ni should be 0.79.
For Int to Lower shell welds shell WOS, Heat No. Ident. 895075, the %Cu value should be 0.04 and the %Ni value should be 0.73.
The reference for both values is WCAP-13518, which was transmitted to the NRC by letter from T. C. McMeekin to Document Control Desk, dated January

There were no errors found for McGuire Unit 1.
