3.0 SETPOINT
62B/1-9 agastat dropout actuated by at least two out of three selected level three units.
1 The level three units are set for 3940 volts.
4.0 SIGNIFICANCE
Indicates that at least two out of three level three units have failed or a low voltage exists.
An undervoltage trip will occur if a safety injection signal occurs following the low voltage actuation.
5.0 PROCEDURE
5.1 If there are no safety injection at this time, a level three trip alarm will be initiated. Once this alarm is received, the operator should notify CONVEX to try and increise the 115KV switchyard voltage.

5.2 If a safety injection signal occurs while the degraded voltage logic is producing an output, the 86/1-9 lockout relay will operate. This relay will operate the 277, 27Y1, and 27Y2 relays. These relays will do the following:
c 27Y/1-9 Operate 4/EG2B (to start the diesel)
Initiate Load Shedding (through the 94LS/1-9 relay)
Trip and Lockout 4971 Close 6T7 initiate Close of 52/EG2B Block Auto Start of Charging Pump P-18-1A Initiate Sequencing of Service Water Pump P-37-lC or P-37-ID.
