ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT NO. 38 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN FORD NUCLEAR REACTOR The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 38 to Facility Operating License No. R-28 for the University of Michigan Ford Nuclear Reactor.
The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your submittal dated October 29, 1992 as supplemented by letters dated March 1, and April 15, 1993.
The amendment consists of changes to the TS to clarify the meaning, to remove the radiation monitor in the primary demineralizer, to correct section cross reference numbers and to correct typographical and spelling errors.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No. 38 is enclosed.
