The purpose of this modification is to exercise Option Period 2, Pursuant to FAR Clause 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT (MAR 2000), the Government hereby exercises its option to extend the term of the task order through April 29, 2021. The price set forth in Section B.2, CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION-INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (AUG 2011), for Option Period 2 is applicable. This task order shall commence on the effective date of the task order and will expire on April 29, 2021. The term of this task order may be extended at the option of the Government for an additional two 1-year Option Periods.
