Meeting Notest Seabrook Station Unit 1 Caseload Forecast Panel Meeting and Tour
Dear Sir:
On November 16-17, 1982, we met with members of your staff to review the status of construction of Seabrook Station Unit 1.
The meeting included a presentation and discussion of information requested by your staff and a tour of Unit 1 structures.
The following is a summary of this meeting:
1.
The NRC stated they recognized that Seabrook was in the process of a schedule and cost estimate evaluation and that schedule information would not be available for the meeting.
2.
The NRC stated that the purpose of the meeting was to gather information to be used in the future for evaluation of the Seabrook Unit 1 fuel load date.

The information package presented and discussed was considered to be a draf t and the final copy would transmitted by letter.

4.
The Applicant agreed to provide a picture of Bridge B over the SF-6 j
ductwork.
I have attached a final copy of the information presented at our meeting,and have also included a list of the meeting attendees. A picture of Bridge B over the SF-6 ductwork will be submitted under separate cover no later than December 15, 1982.

PHASE 2 TESTS PERFORMED TO VERIFY THE ABILITY OF SAFETY-RELATED PLANT SYSTEMS TO PERFORM THEIR FUNCTION PRIOR TO USE IN SUPPORT OF PHASE 3 TESTING OR INITIAL PLANT STARTUP. PHASE 3 TESTS PERFORMED PRIOR TO INITIAL FUEL LOADING WHICH INVOLVE THE INTEGRATED OPERATION OF A NUMBER OF PLANT SYSTEMS FOR THE PURPOSE OF TESTING CERTAIN PLANT FEATURES.
