Action a.3.-
The measured moderator temperature coefficient for the all rods withdrawn,- beginning of. cycle life, hot zero thermal power condition, was
+2.9 X 10-6-4K/K/0F. The enclosed Control Rod Withdrawal' Limits ensure that
'the_ moderator-temperature coefficient is maintained less positive than 0 4K/K/ F, and are in effect for the first 2,500 MWD /MTU_of core exposure during Cycle One.
